Here's some more "visual novel music" I wrote in a couple of hours for a game jam: ldjam.com/events/ludum-dare/50/dategame
The theme of the jam was "delaying the inevitable" or something like that, so the gimmick of this game was to keep your date from getting annoyed and abandoning you for as long as possible.
I don't think this feature was implemented in the end, but we discussed removing layers from the music as the partner's mood worsens, an effect I have recreated here.
